Dublin Independent Fashion Week Returns

With the rising fashion scene amongst Irish creatives, it is no surprise that designers have taken matters into their own hands, creating spaces and events to showcase and uplift their community’s talents. Dublin independent fashion week returns for its third year within the coming week, starting on September 22nd and running until the 28th.

With plenty of events from workshops, showrooms, pop-ups, discussions, and runways from over 60 emerging and established brands, Dublin Independent Fashion Week has something for every fashion lover or admirer. There are over 30 immersive multimedia events throughout the week, ranging from all different, yet affordable, pricing. Many of the events, such as Aisling Annamh exhibition, A Collection of Ireland Emerging Designers showroom, Anna Rave X Lauris Brimmers pop up, Gathered Forms showroom and many more events are free of entry!
Some events are invite-only, limited, or ticketed; however, the tickets are quite affordable, especially for a Dublin event! The price ranges from 5.27 to 10 euros, with the highest I could find being 14 euros. Hurry to get your tickets as some events, including Denim is You showroom by Kawayan Indigo, are already sold out!

Throughout the week, not only will there be multimedia events and shows to attend, but you can also help a good cause while enjoying the fashion and art! All week, there will be an online auction for a one-of-a-kind dress made from Keffiyehs. The money raised will go to help those in Gaza.
